Welcome to another FAQ of mine. This one is covering my first Wii game in a
while, although my first side-series Pokémon game in a longer while ...
PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond is an amazing game based off of the fifth generation
of Pokémon games, Pokémon Black and White Versions.

Admittedly, I'll have to say I never played the first game in the series, nor
do I think it was anywhere near this good -- GameInformer literally gave the
first one a 4.0. I think this is far above it. Some concepts here REALLY need
to head into the mainstream games -- 3D graphics and a real-time battle system
    especially.

Well, anyways, here's an FAQ for you. I hope you enjoy this thing!!

v0.20 - Overall format pretty much completed; Intro, Legal, and Section I of
the walkthrough completed. 1:19 AM 4/8/2012
    v1.01 - All of the pre-credits walkthrough (Sections I - V of the main
walkthrough) completed. As the first submittable version, I shall
submit this tomorrow. I also did document the introduction to
            Section VI. 12:21 AM 4/9/2012
v2.00 - I finished Section VI, which I'm fairly sure finishes the post-credits
walkthrough. Further editing of the walkthrough is inevitable, but this
update marks the end of the basics.
              ~~ Start-End Time: Three days.
              ~~ File Size : 84.5 KB.
              ~~ Time of Update: 10:05 PM 4/9/2012.

v2.10 - Found a list of some of the Vast White Quill locations on the message
boards. Put them in and set up a credits section to properly credit
            the submitter. 8:26 PM 4/10/2012
v2.20 - Felt like compiling all of the befriendings into one section. So I did.
            12:33 AM 4/14/2012
v2.30 - Put a bunch of befriendings into the section and walkthrough, and put
three more Vast White Quills into that list. 10:20 PM 4/14/2012
v2.40 - Finally finished all befriendings, so that section is complete. Added a
Vast White Quill as well, and the Kecleon's Awards section.
            9:18 PM 4/21/2012
v2.50 - Just two more Vast White Quills to go!! Also made a correction in when
Kecleon can be befriended. 7:52 PM 5/7/2012
v2.51 - Obtained conditions on the "Friendly Folk" award.
            12:55 PM 5/22/2012
v2.55 - Finished up the Vast White Quill lists, thanks to user submissions.

Welcome to the bulk of this FAQ/Walkthrough. Within this section, you'll find
a wealth of information, guiding you from start to finish for this game. All of
the info is arranged in chronological order. This walkthrough has been divided
into some smaller sub-sections so you can find what you want more easily.
What these sub-sections are can be found by looking in the Table of Contents,
found near the top of the document.

    =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=
Chapter 1: The Great Blue Sea (Cove Area) **WONDERS_41**
    =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=

After starting up the game, we'll begin with a cutscene between the main two
legendary Dragon-type Pokémon of Black/White Versions: Reshiram and Zekrom.
From what we glean in this conversation, there is a dangerous disaster about to
hit the two worlds, which are not yet named. Zekrom thinks that his and
Reshiram's power alone will resolve it.

Reshiram thinks different, but believes there still is hope. Suddenly, they
both see a light off in the distance. They believe it has something to do with
a Pokémon that may be able to help...

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

We'll return to own world for the time being. There, our character, a Pikachu,
who I will refer to as "you" for this FAQ, meets up with his buddy, Piplup. You
will receive a tutorial on moving (use the D-Pad) and talking (use "2" when
    near someone). Speak with Piplup.

Piplup then speaks of PokéPark's size, Seasong Beach, and wanting to befriend
many kinds of Pokémon. Sounds fun -- let's go to the beach. So, follow him and
you'll come across a blue ?-marked box. Dash into it by pressing "1" to break
it and reveal a Berry, the currency of this world. Touch it to pick it up.

Also note that you can use the "1" button to dash in other circumstances. When
traveling a relatively longer distance, however, you'll probably want to press
it multiple times or you'll stop dashing.

Next, follow Piplup to a set of ledges. You'll now receive a jumping tutorial,
which is rather simple: press "2" to jump. You can also move while jumping.
Head over to Piplup and you'll play a game of Chase.

"Chase" is a game like tag, but you only have to tag your one opponent one time
to win. In most cases, you only get sixty seconds to do so. To tag, simply dash
after your opponent. Here, dash forward and you'll be fine. For winning, Piplup
    will hand over ten Berries.

Essentially, you also have now just learned how to befriend a Pokémon. Beat
them in a contest(s) of some kind and they'll become your friend. Additionally,
you may also get Berries from this. How nice!

Piplup will also hand over a PokéPark Pad. This magnificent item can record the
Pokémon you've befriended, show your item stocks, allow you to save, give you
hints, let you mess with taken photos (more on that later), and a few other
things. To use it, which you should now, press the "+" button. Examine your
    Friend List and exit.

After that scene, follow Piplup some more and you'll meet up with Timburr. He
offers to let you hit him with some moves. Let's do so. Begin by using
Thunderbolt -- hold and release "1" after Pikachu has a decent field of
electric energy around him. Remember to face your opponent, too -- do so by
    pressing B.

You then get to battle Timburr.

Battles are like they suggest: fights. To win, you'll need to empty your
opponent's HP to zero (see top-right gauge). You'll lose if your own HP
(bottom-left gauge) goes to zero or if time runs out. In many cases, a battle
has a time limit of 200 seconds (3 minutes, 20 seconds). For this battle, I
recommend to hold B, then repeatedly use Thunderbolt.

For winning, you'll befriend Timburr and get 10 Berries. After the scene,
follow Piplup some more and you'll proceed to watch a lengthy scene showing off
various Pokémon, a lot of them originally from the Black/White Pokémon games.
Eventually, you'll watch Pikachu and Piplup walk onto the beach.

When you do so, you'll notice a gathering of Pokémon nearby. Follow Piplup to
it and you'll hear stuff about Wish Park, a place where you can have a fun
time at free Attractions and all-you-can-eat cake (to the delight of Munchlax)
for just 10 Berries! Obviously, everyone decides to go.

After you regain control, go forward to find a ?-marked box. Dash into it to
find a Berry, then go back to following Piplup. You'll meet up with Oshawott,
who happens to be suspicious of you until Piplup says otherwise. (Guess it
might be a Typing thing.) Oshawott then mentions wanting to go to Wish Park
and asks for some Berries to go -- Piplup refuses to let you give any away
anyways, so take your pick. Oshawott leaves to find them on his own.

Afterwards, continue following Piplup to find the Krokorok from earlier. Hand
over the 20 Berries (ten per Pokémon) to head into Wish Park.

    -------------------------------
Wish Park - Cove Area Variation
    -------------------------------

You'll then watch a scene where a portal opens up. You and Piplup obviously
jump on in and get to see the scenery of this location. Looks very sweet,
    pardon the pun.

Once you and Piplup exit the portal, you're expected astonished. Gothia then
comes over to welcome you. After the scene, follow her to find the company of
Munchlax, Watchog, and Cinccino from earlier. After a scene there, follow her
to Cofagrigus's Attraction. Speak with him to play.

The game is called "Cake Contraption". In it, what you do is point the Wii
Remote at the screen and press the A button to shoot at the various ingredients
to get points. Green nuts are worth 100 points, red are worth 300, and the rare
gold ones are worth 1,000 points.

After you play, you'll watch a scene where is becomes apparent that anyone who
eats the cake you make in this Attraction begins to act very weird. Cofragigus
gets ready to force-feed you, but Oshawott thankfully stops him. Cofagrigus
then sics his Yamasks on you.

This battle is actually more of a tutorial on another type of attack you can
use, which is done by shaking the Wii Remote. For Pikachu, this move is Iron
Tail. Use it to smack the Yamasks into submission.

After this, Cofagrigus will end up having failed his "master", who then tries
to capture you. You almost make it out of there, too. Very bravely, as per
usual Piplup attitude, Piplup pushes you into the portal, leaving him alone in
the Wish Park while you and Oshawott escape.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

After the scene, you and Oshawott watch as the door to the portal closes ...
with Piplup still on the other side. After a bit, you learn that Pokémon have
been vanishing from the Cove Area for some time now, and that Oshawott was
assigned to figuring out why by Samurott.

We now are to deliver a report to him. So follow Oshawott for a while. On the
way, I suggest battling with the Drilbur in the vicinity of the blue ?-marked
box. In the battle, focus moreso on using Iron Tail again. When you win, you'll
befriend Drilbur and get some Berries.

Now head over to the white bridge and follow Oshawott for some time to find
Samurott. Oshawott will tell him his report. Samurott offers the suggestion of
you two joining forces. Oshawott refuses and it is decided you'll prove your
worth in a battle. The battle is easy enough; focus on using Thunderbolt while
dodging Oshawott's attacks to win and befriend him.

Afterwards, you'll get a tutorial on switching Pokémon. To do so, press the
A button, then use the D-Pad to move the desired Pokémon into the middle of
    the screen, then press "2".

Your new pal, Oshawott, has some different abilities than you. He can swim in
the water, use Water Gun ("1" hold-and-charge move) and Razor Shell (shake
    the Wii Remote).

So, then, switch to Oshawott and head into the southeastern waters. Speak with
one of the Alomomola there (the one with the "..." speech bubble). You'll have
to play a game of Catch with it before you can get the information you need,
so do so and win to befriend it. Additionally, Frillish will come to play.

Anyways, from this, you'll learn that the Cove Town's Pokémon are in danger of
being brought to the Wish Park now, as Krokodile and Sandile, his crony in
essence, have gone there to advertise it. Oh boy...

Well, you remember that ramp in the northeastern part of the area we originally
arrived from? We'll need to go back there now. As do so, make landfall on the
beach nearby and get some Whetstones from the chest nearby. Go north through
the tunnel and the Drilbur may be wanting some Whetstones; if he does, hand
    them over for 170 Berries!

Continue north to that sand ramp and ascend. As you go along, the Timburr from
earlier will mention that the overlook is about to collapse and you cannot go
across until the repairs are made. He needs his hammer to do this -- it is in
the Lighthouse. To find the Lighthouse, simply go into the building nearest
Samurott -- it is southwest of you.

Before going in, be sure to be using Pikachu.

    ------------------------------------
Seasong Beach Lighthouse - Cove Area
    ------------------------------------

Once inside, you'll learn how move the obstacle in front of you -- use
    Thunderbolt.

Once you gain control, jump to the Berry nearby, then Thunderbolt the
aforementioned obstacle to move it. Switch to Oshawott and head into the water.
Dash to the right and grab the Berry, then get onto the ledges. Proceed along
them and the staircases to find the chest. Open it to find the hammer and exit.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

Once outside, head back northeast to where you met Timburr last. Hand over the
hammer and he'll fix the overlook, allowing you to pass. Do so and go along the
path for a bit. You'll notice a white-wood overlook to your right as you go.
Open the chest there for 100 Berries! Continue along the main path to reach
    Cove Town.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

Once here, go along the path to find a chest; grab the Whetstones from within
and continue to find a fountain and the town square. On the other side it, from
where you arrived, you'll find Krokodile and Sandile. Switch to Oshawott before
    speaking to them.

When speaking to them, you'll realize they aren't so willing to hand over
information. Additionally, if playing as Pikachu, you'll learn by type matchups
in this game. Each Pokémon has a type, as does each move (at least, it does in
the mainstream games). For example, Pikachu and Thunderbolt are of the Electric
type; Oshawott and Water Gun are of the Water type; Krokodile is of the Ground
type. Pikachu's Thunderbolt is not effective versus Krokodile, while Oshawott's
    Water Gun deals EXTRA damage.

    Anyways, start up the battle with Oshawott. (You can still win with Pikachu;
you'll just have to stick to Iron Tail.) If playing as Oshawott, run around and
away from Krokodile and Sandile while charging up Water Guns, then proceed to
launch them when you have an opening.

After winning, you'll get the story from Krokodile. Apparently, Gothita told
him to bring in Pokémon from Cove Town to Wish Park, and he'd get paid Berries.
He agreed to do so and did as he was told. He was also told how to open up Wish
Park via the portal from earlier - if Pokémon there wish it strong enough, it
will open. Obviously, more Pokémon equals more wishing equals an easier opening
    equals more Berries.

We're going to need to make some friends with other Pokémon, then, to make our
own opening of the portal easier. So, let's do it! We'll start in Cove Town.
Assume each time we start from the town square. Also note that most Pokémon can
roam around a little, so you may have to do the hunting down yourself.

-- To befriend Raichu, speak with him as Pikachu, defeat him in a battle (focus
on Iron Tail), and that will be it. Additionally, you can upgrade Pikachu's
moves here. Be sure to do so with at least one move; first upgrades are
       100 Berries.

-- To befriend Tranquill, win a game of Chase. Simply follow and wait for him
       to land.

-- To befriend Audino, speak with him and hand over 100 Berries for an HP
upgrade. You can also continue to upgrade HP later on for costs. Also,
Minccino and Trubbish will now arrive in Cove Town.

-- To befriend Minccino and Trubbish simultaneously, speak with Minccino and
beat Trubbish in a game of Chase.

-- To befriend Corphish, go to the western train tracks and you'll meet up with
a gang of them there. Pass their first trial of running to the chest in 20
seconds, which is simple enough if you dodge their Bubbles. Afterwards, beat
their leader in a battle. This is easiest if you started with Pikachu, as
you can simply use Thunderbolt; as Oshawott, use Razor Shell.

Afterwards, be sure to open up that chest for 100 Berries. Use Oshawott to
cross the water nearby and go into the piping to find a Vast White Quill at
the end. Get over the other water pool to find some Paddle Fans in a box as
well. I noted that you can give these to Tranquill for 84 Berries.

-- You know that building in the northeastern area? Practice climbing boxes
there to find some Shades in a box. Then repeat this action with the boxes
in the northeastern back alley and get to the roof. There, open up the blue
?-marked box to find a Rotor Motor. Hit the ground nearby and speak with
       Misdreavus.

You'll not only befriend her, but also open up the photo service, crucial
for other befriendings. To take a photo, in most situations, press the "-"
button. The photos can be saved and used however you want -- some uses are
in the game, others you can use by keeping them on the Wii or an SD Card.

Okay, I think that's it here. Head to Seasong Beach now.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

Here, we still have a bit of befriending to do...

-- To befriend Drilbur, which you should have already done if you've followed
this FAQ, beat him in a battle. I'd prefer using Pikachu with Iron Tail or
       Oshawott with Water Gun.

-- To befriend Axew, who is near the Lighthouse, win in a game of Chase.
       Fraxure then comes to play.

-- To befriend Fraxure, if I remember correctly, you need to win in a battle
       versus him.

-- To befriend Pidove, who is near the water fountain, speak with him and then
pick him up and bring him over there. You'll also receive a tutorial on how
to call Pokémon (face them and hold the A button), and Wingull comes to
       play.

-- Befriend Wingull by answering a quiz.

-- To befriend Frillish, go to the northwestern beach. There, win a game of
Chase, then beat the blue Frillish in a game of Hide-and-Seek. Note you need
Oshawott for the latter, and that the blue Frillish's speech is a good
       indicator of where he is.

-- To befriend Patrat, go find a red/blue/white ball. I found one in the tunnel
near the Wish Park tunnel. Pick up the ball and bring it to a Patrat.

-- To befriend Maractus, speak with those on the northwestern beach, then the
one on the southeastern beach. Slowly let the lost one follow you to the
       rest of the group.

I think this is enough to work.

After you're done with the befriending thing, go to the Wish Park portal, found
on the eastern beaches. Examine it and opt to begin. After your friends gather
around, shake the Wii Remote repeatedly to let the bar fill and the portal
open. If the bar doesn't fill, you aren't shaking enough or lack the proper
    amount of friends.

Once you succeed, you'll head to the Wish Park.

    -------------------------------
Wish Park - Cove Area Variation
    -------------------------------

Once you arrive, after the scene with Gothita, go to the southwestern corner of
the map where Cofagrigus's Attraction is. You'll need to play it again to be
able to have a shot at the Wish Bell to end everyone's trance.

The game is the same as before, but now has two rounds. In the first, you aim
(point at screen) and shoot (A button) at the various nuts that appear. Green
ones are worth 100 points, red are worth 300 points, and gold are worth 1,000
    points.

In the second round, you are shooting at batter twice. Each time nets you some
points, but you the second time is worth more points. With light-brown batter,
you get 100 then 200 points; with dark-brown batter, 300 then 600 points; with
golden batter, 500 then 1,000 points. Your goal is to reach 30,000 or more
    points to win.

Afterwards, when you regain control, go speak with Cofagrigus to end up
watching a scene and starting a two-stage battle.

For the first part of the battle, you want to destroy the cake Cofagrigus is on
while dodging his and the Yamasks' attacks. So, begin by dodging around while
getting in hits on the cake. Typically, Iron Tail or Razor Shell are the most
    effective.

During the second part of the battle versus Cofagrigus himself, simply dodge
his attacks while, again, using Iron Tail or Razor Shell. While dodging, it
may also help to charge up a preliminary Thunderbolt or Water Gun, since you
    probably shouldn't get close anyways.

After the battle, go along the path and up the ledges to find a big bell; this
is the Wish Bell, so dash into it and cure everyone in this part of the Wish
Park of their trance. Sadly, Piplup is nowhere to be found. We also learn that
there are three other parts to the Wish Park and then the Wish Palace will open
    up when you beat them.

After you regain control, head to the southeastern corner of the area and go
    through the portal.

As you go through, you'll have a surprise meeting with Reshiram, who
essentially tells you that you are the one meant to save PokéPark...

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

Back on the other side, approach the lighthouse's bridge and you'll meet up
with Drifblim. Not only do you befriend him, but also get his service to be
taken to previously-visited places free-of-charge. (This isn't the first time
this has happened. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2: Explorers of Sky (2009) was
    another occurence of this.)

After the scene, continue over to Samurott to learn about the Arbor Area. To
go there, we'll have to go to Cove Town and speak with Krookodile. So go there.

But first, consider doing some more befriending...

-- Befriend Emolga by winning a game of Hide-and-Seek. Remember, his speech is
a clue as to where he is hiding.

-- Befriend Watchog by opening the chest behind him in the eastern tunnel.

-- Befriend Petilil by winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Wailord by handing over 50 Honey Jars.

-- Befriend Staryu by winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Pelipper by taking a Photo of him from a distance (such as the
pier around the Lighthouse). The Photo seems to need to a somewhat-decent
close up. Show the Photo to him to befriend.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

Once in Cove Town, you'll quickly meet up with Pansear, Pansage, and Panpour
and befriend the three of them simultaneously! Additionally, Dewott and Blitzle
come to play. Let's befriend them, too...

To befriend Dewott, speak with him as Oshawott and win in a battle (stick to
Razor Shell). You'll then befriend him. Also be sure to consider upgrading
Oshawott's move here; each move can be upgraded the first time for 100 Berries.

To befriend Blitzle, first speak with him to learn the Shake Sprint. This is a
burst of speed you can put on during a game of Chase by shaking the Wii
Remote. Be sure to use it often, and also use it in the game of Chase here to
befriend Blitzle. Additionally, for a fee, you can upgrade your characters'
dashing speeds - 200 Berries for the first time.

Afterwards, head to the northwestern corner of town to speak with Krookodile.
Before letting you pass by, he decides to bring Audino along to watch you
supposedly lose. Go speak with Audino and guide her to Krookodile. Before
beginning the battle, I recommend using Oshawott -- switch before bringing
Audino near Krookodile. In the battle that occurs afterwards, use Water Gun
(Oshawott) or Iron Tail (Pikachu) to bring him down.

Afterwards, you'll befriend Krookodile. Way to go. Proceed through the gate to
the Arbor Area ... and the gate to the undefined chapters I decided to make.

    -------------------------
    Windmill Way - Arbor Area
    -------------------------

When you arrive here, go north to find Karrablast and Cottonee speaking about
Queen Serperior's Berry Party. Hm. Well, afterwards, go northwest to meet up
with Snivy, who will speak with you shortly before leaving.

While we're here, let's do some exploring. Cross the nearby water with Oshawott
and get the Honey Jar(s) from the chest there, then cross the bridge where
Snivy was. Go west to find some Sweetleaves in a chest, then go north to find a
Magikarp. Speak with it, then hurl it into the water to befriend it, and have
    Kakuna come to play.

From Magikarp, go west to meet Zorua, who is standing near a poster portal
for Wish Park. The poster is torn, and therefore won't work. Snivy then
suggests trying to fix it by putting the torn piece back. We soon learn that it
    was Whimsicott that took it.

Go west to find him. Speaking with him tells you that the piece is now part of
an invitation to the Berry Party, sent to Queen Serperior. You can find her in
the Verdant Court. Let's try going - go north of the Wish Park poster to be
    halted by a Bisharp.

It looks like a battle is about to start before Snivy comes along, demanding
that you stop. Bisharp bends to PRINCESS Snivy's will. (I'd be as surprised as
Oshawott is now. Only one of eight starter Pokémon are female.) After this
little scene, follow Snivy and the path northwest to the Verdant Court.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

Around here, let's do some quick befriending before continuing...

-- Befriend Lilligant by battling. It is preferable to use Pikachu with Iron
       Tail.

-- Befriend Leavanny by battling. Again, use Pikachu with Iron Tail.

-- Take a photo of Seismitoad and show it to a Tympole in the previous area to
       befriend them.

-- Then battle Seismitoad and win to befriend him. Stunfisk will then come to
       play.

-- Use Oshawott to get into the water, then speak with Surskit. Befriend him
by winning a Chase. Basculin will then come to play.

-- Befriend Basculin in a Chase.

-- Before leaving the lake, open the chest in the center for 200 Berries, then
ascend the ledges on the east side to find a Sweetleave chest. Continue up
       to the top and speak with Dugtrio. Then go over to Excadrill further ahead;
be sure to switch to Oshawott before speaking with and battling Excadrill.
After winning, speak with Dugtrio to befriend them both.

-- Befriend Venipede by winning a battle. Afterwards, Whirlipede will come to
       play.

-- Befriend Whirlipede by winning a Chase. Be sure to tackle from the side.

Afterwards, head to the northwest corner where Queen Serperior is.

There, speak with her and head to where the Deerling is with the invitation,
atop the hill near the lake. (Where I mentioned finding Dugtrio and Excadrill.)
Go to the top to find Deerling near a hollow tree stump. Snivy comes up and
we end up in a game of Chase to see if she can join our party.

Once you win, Snivy will be able to join.

Snivy has the ability to jump higher and dash faster than your other party
members under normal circumstances. She can use Leaf Storm by holding and
releasing the "1" button, and use Leaf Tornado by shaking the Wii Remote.

After the scene, switch to Snivy and head into the tree stump.

    ------------------------------
Hollow Tree Stump - Arbor Area
    ------------------------------

Inside, you'll first receive a tutorial on how to use the three-leaf-marked
platform. It is an elevator activated by Snivy's Leaf Tornado move.

Anyways, when you gain control, go to the right, then up and over the ledges,
grabbing the Berry on the way. On the other side, switch to Oshawott and go
into the water. Cross it and switch back to Snivy on the other side. There,
ascend the ramps and get onto the Leaf Tornado elevator to the right of
    there.

Use the Leaf Tornado move to move the elevator up. Go to the left and up the
ramp, then right at the top. Grab the Berry and ride the moving platform to
reach the chest, giving you the invitation and the piece of the poster, and
    the ability to exit.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

Back outside, head to the southwestern area to find Deerling. Befriend him by
winning a game of Chase. Then go south to Windmill Way.

    -------------------------
    Windmill Way - Arbor Area
    -------------------------

Back here, go southward back to the Wish Park poster. Repair it and Bisharp and
his Pawniard will come along, thinking you're kidnapping Princess Snivy. You
then are forced to battle them. You only have to beat Bisharp. I'd prefer to
    use Pikachu with Iron Tail.

After the battle, Zorua will come along and tell you that a certain Pokémon was
bringing Pokémon into Wish Park ... it was his friend, Zoroark. She did soon
notice what she had done and went back to set things right, but hasn't yet
returned. Anyways, you'll learn that this portal will be best opened with Arbor
Area Pokémon, and those that fly.

So, befriending time. Some of these you probably should have gotten already,
but this is the more comprehensive list. We'll start with Windmill Way.

-- Befriend Tympole by showing one of them a photo of Seismitoad.

-- Befriend Magikarp by hurling him into the river after speaking with him.

-- Go speak with Snorlax in the northeastern area, then Chase down Cottonee for
       a double befriending.

-- Speak with the Kakuna in the northeastern area, then one in the western area
to bring them together. Then you have to knock over all four at once. I
used Iron Tail with Pikachu in the middle of the group.

-- To befriend Whimsicott, beat him in a Chase.

-- Befriend Karrablast by handing over a Rainbow Pearl.

I believe that's it for this area. Head northwest to the Verdant Court.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

-- Befriend Lilligant by battling. It is preferable to use Pikachu with Iron
       Tail.

-- Befriend Leavanny by battling. Again, use Pikachu with Iron Tail.

-- Take a photo of Seismitoad and show it to a Tympole in the previous area to
       befriend them.

-- Then battle Seismitoad and win to befriend him. Stunfisk will then come to
       play.

-- Befriend Stunfisk in a game of Hide-and-Seek. Remember, his speech is a hint
       as to where to look.

Continue up
       to the top and speak with Dugtrio. Then go over to Excadrill further ahead;
be sure to switch to Oshawott before speaking with and battling Excadrill.
After winning, speak with Dugtrio to befriend them both.

-- After befriending Dugtrio, speak with him to go to his secret spot. There,
get the Vast White Quill nearby. You also can speak to Ducklett to befriend
it in a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Venipede by winning a battle. Afterwards, Whirlipede will come to
       play.

-- Befriend Whirlipede by winning a Chase. Be sure to tackle from the side.

-- Befriend Deerling by winning a Chase.

I believe that's it for here, too. Return to Windmill Way.

    -------------------------
    Windmill Way - Arbor Area
    -------------------------

After you're done with the befriending thing, go to the Wish Park portal, found
on the central building.

    --------------------------------
Wish Park - Arbor Area Variation
    --------------------------------

Once you arrive, we'll find Zoroark, who also happens to be entranced like the
other Pokémon trapped here. Gothorita then sics her on you; in other words, win
    the battle against Zoroark.

Afterwards, Gothorita will take off running and Zoroark will exit her trance.
You now automatically befriend Zorua and Zoroark, then learn from Zoroark that
Piplup was here, telling about Wish Park's evils. You'll learn soon thereafter
that Chandelure manages this zone's Attraction. So let's end it.

Head over to the red dot on your map to find him and his Attraction, the Dance
Inferno. Of course, you'll have to beat this game to have a shot at the Wish
    Bell...

As stated before, the game is Dance Inferno. All you must do is shake the Wii
Remote in the manner shown by the green icons on the bottom, hold it as the
yellow ones say, and do so in time with the cursor. Not too hard, in my
opinion. You must get 25,000 points to win.

Afterwards, switch to Oshawott and speak with Chandelure to be forced into a
two-part battle with him. The first one is simple enough: just destroy his
stuff. As for the second, use Water Gun on him.

After winning, Gothitelle will appear and reveal the plan surrounding Wish
Park: to replace PokéPark by taking its Pokémon and entrancing them here. As
you have interfered too much to her already, she prepares to destroy you. But
before she can, Zorua, Zoroark, and Piplup come by, scaring Gothitelle and her
    cronies into fleeing.

After the scene, go to the northeastern corner of the map and dash into the
Wish Bell to cure everyone of their trance. Afterwards, Piplup will opt to stay
in Wish Park to do what he can on this side, to your dismay. Well, it can't be
helped, and could use all the help we can get ... right?

Anyways, go to the northwestern corner of the map and go through the portal. On
the way back, you'll have a meeting with Zekrom. Apparently, both Wish Park and
PokéPark are soon destined to end because of the Dark Vortex, the ultimate
darkness that existed before this world did. We know that the cause of these
goings-on in Wish Park also has caused the Dark Vortex to come back ... and
only you and your Pals can end it.

    -------------------------
    Windmill Way - Arbor Area
    -------------------------

Back on the other side, Queen Serperior will thank you for your help, then
notices the glum look on your face. The encounter with Zekrom soon comes out
and so does more information on the Dark Vortex. Apparently, it is essentially
a black hole more than capable of engulfing the world.

Zoroark then mentions next target is very likely to be the Crag Area, because
of the powerful Pokémon there. Queen Serperior will decide to send a message to
Krookodile to open the gate there.

Before we say farewell, though, let's finish up some befriending...

-- Battle Bisharp again to befriend him and the Pawniard.

-- Befriend Leafeon by running the track set up and breaking the designated
crates in the given amount of time.

-- Dash into Foongus, speak with him, and then Chase him to befriend him.
Amoonguss will also come to play.

-- Dash into Amoonguss, then defeat him in a battle to befriend him.

-- Befriend Mankey by winning a battle. Scyther will then come to play.

-- Befriend Scyther in a battle; it is best to use Pikachu with Thunderbolt.

-- Befriend Caterpie by winning a battle.

-- Befriend Buneary by finding her in a game of Hide-and-Seek. Remember, her
       speech is a clue.

-- Befriend Oddish by pulling him up from the ground; he is the three-leafed
tuft of grass. I found him west of the central structure, on the hill. Beat
his quiz to befriend him. Additionally, Sewaddle comes to play.

-- Sewaddle are found in the northeastern hollow trees. Find a plush Cleffa toy
and bring to one of them. After that scene, speak with one again and Chase
       them down to befriend Sewaddle.

-- Hit Sudowoodo with Oshawott's Water Gun and speak to him a few times to
play Hide-and-Seek. As usual, remember that his speech is a hint of where to
       look.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

-- Befriend Vaporeon by running a course.

-- Befriend Shroomish by answering a quiz.

-- Befriend Skiploom by handing over three Dewdrops.

-- Befriend Psyduck by showing him a picture of Emolga, found on Seasong Beach.

Now, let us return to Cove Town.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

Back here, we may as well make a few more recruitments...

-- Speak to Servine with Snivy, then win in the battle that follows. You'll
befriend Servine and be able to upgrade Snivy's moves for a fee.

-- Befriend Meowth by handing over 100 Berries for the cruddy jewel he has.
Purrloin will then come to play.

-- Speak with Purrloin to get mugged, then have to chase Purrloin down. Do so
to befriend Purrloin and get your Berries back.

-- Befriend Munchlax by giving him one of those stinky purple Berries. I found
mine by running into trees. Bring it to him to befriend him and get three
       Honey Jars.

-- Befriend Cinccino by ascend the northeastern buildings, speaking with him,
and winning a game of Chase.

Additionally, in the town square, climb the southwestern crates with Snivy and
get behind the buildings. Grab the Vast White Quill, then the three Gleaming
    Coins from the chest.

Finally, make some upgrades on your HP, moves, and dashing ability. When you
are done, head over to Krookodile and northeast to the Crag Area.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

When you arrive, go south and along this path to meet up with the legendary
Victini. (Not so legendary in this game, though.) Victini is trying to find a
lost friend of his, Tepig, who often trains in the fort. You'll need the secret
word to get in. Unfortunately, Victini cannot directly tell you, but says that
"It's important, but it doesn't mean anything when you're alone." He then
leaves to go find Tepig at the Colosseum.

As for us, continue along the path northwest to find Bastiodon. You'll get a
further hint on the secret word; it fills the town motto of "Courage and ____".
The answer would be "Kindness"; select this answer to be allowed inside, and
you'll also learn about the Battle Tournament occurring soon.

Since we're here, let's befriend a few Pokémon...

-- Speak with the northern Darmanitan, then the one napping on the east side of
town as a statue. Before doing so, though, switch to Oshawott. Once you
awaken the Darmanitan, you'll be forced into a battle. As Oshawott, use your
Water Gun for an easy win. Afterwards, you'll befriend Darmanitan.

-- Befriend Bastiodon in a battle. Afterwards, Braviary comes to play.

-- Befriend Braviary in a battle. It is best to use Pikachu and Thunderbolt it
when possible. Also open the chest west of the area where you fight Braviary
       to find 300 Berries.

-- Befriend Gible in a battle and then Druddigon will come to play.

-- Befriend Druddigon in (guess what?) a battle.

Afterwards, to the center of the area where you'll find a cannon. As you
approach, it becomes apparent Tepig somehow got stuck in there. But we can't
reach him -- starter Pokémon DO tend to be rather short. Anyways, we think
about blasting him out of there. Shouldn't hurt all that bad -- Tepig is a
    Fire-type anyways.

So speak with the Darumaka nearby that has the "..." speech bubble and you'll
learn that examining the cannon somehow also fires it. This obviously scares
the living crap out of Tepig ... ignore him and let pigs fly! :) (First,
though, switch to Oshawott for an easier battle.)

When he lands, Tepig is expectedly angry at you. He'll then opt to battle you,
so use Water Gun if you're using Oshawott, as you should be. After the fight,
Tepig offers to make a team with you three for the Battle Tournament. Well,
let's team up. You then learn we need Emboar's permission to enter the
    tournament.

On Tepig... His dashing attack is so powerful it can break rocks, though only
ones with the red marking of his head. His "1"-button attack is Flamethrower.
He can use Heat Crash by shaking the Wii Remote; this triggers switches with a
    fire emblem on them.

Anyways, after you regain control, go to the northwestern portion of the area
to meet up with Emboar. He tells you the conditions on entering the tournament.
One is you have to break the rock nearby; switch to Tepig and dash into it to
    do so.

The second condition is that you must go to the Cave and return with the
Bravery Beard. To reach the Cave, you have to be fired by the cannon. So go
back to it, switch to Tepig, examine it, and opt to go.

    ----------------
    Cave - Crag Area
    ----------------

In the cave, you'll learn of these special blocks marked with a Tepig emblem.
From the side, they are destroyed with Tepig's dash; from above, with Tepig's
    Heat Crash move.

So, when you enter, dash as Tepig to the right into the two blocks, then switch
to Oshawott. Get into the water and dash to the right, getting the Berries on
the way and jumping over the mine. On the other side, pick up the weight and
continue to the pink switch. Place it there.

Go to the right and up the ledges. At the top, switch to Tepig. Head over to
the block, Heat Crash into it, then dash into the blocks nearby. Go left to the
to find a red switch. Switch to Snivy and get onto it, then go onto the blue
platform to the right. Get the clock. Refresh the switch's pressing, get on
the left platform, and continue left to the ledge.

Go left some more and go up the first set of ledges to find a clock and a
Berry. Go up the second set of ledges and fall down to the left to get two
clocks. Reascend the second ledge combination, then switch to Oshawott. Go into
the water to the right and dash to the right side of the water.

On the other side, switch to Tepig and Heat Crash into the block. Upon landing,
go to the left to find the chest with the Bravery Beard inside. Now we may
    leave.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

Once you exit the cave, go back northwest to Emboar. Speak with him and you
will be formally allowed into the Battle Tournament. Darmanitan will be told to
let you through the gate to the Colosseum.

Switch to Tepig and go to the northern side of the area, where the Darmanitan
are. There, speak with the one on the left to learn you must Heat Crash the
fire emblem nearby to open the gate. Use Tepig to do so, then go through the
    gate to find the Colosseum.

    ---------------------
    Colosseum - Crag Area
    ---------------------

Once here, go forward and speak with Victini. Afterwards, head northeast to
the cavern, using Tepig to break the rock in front of it with his dash. Inside,
head to the lower level and approach Rhyperior to be brought into a special
    battle.

In this battle versus Rhyperior, your goal is actually to push him off of the
ledge. The easiest way to do so is to defeat Geodudes that are near him from
afar with Thunderbolt, Water Gun, Leaf Storm, or Flamethrower. They will
generally Self-Destruct and push him back a fair distance. Just stay away from
the Geodude in this situation -- they'll damage you, too, when using
    Self-Destruct.

After the battle, you'll end up befriending Rhyperior and Geodude. Cool.

Go northeast, then northwest to exit the cave. Pick up some Salty Rocks from
the chest you pass on the way, then head further northwest to find the gates of
the Colosseum to be closed ... and Emboar's making his opening speech! Run
through the nearby tunnelway to get inside. Before entering the Colosseum, I
    recommend switching to Tepig.

When you enter, you'll be forced to battle Hydreigon. I easily won this battle
by using Heat Crash near him, using a Dash Combo, and repeating.

After the battle, Scraggy appears and tells everyone that Hydreigon is the one
who has lured Pokémon to Wish Park, never to return (in theory). As Emboar
prepares to apprehend the evildoer, Haxorus, who has also kidnapped Victini,
incapacitates him. Haxorus and Hydreigon then escape through the portal into
    Wish Park.

We learn that we need to find powerful Pokémon to open up the gate. Well, let
us get to recruiting. We'll start here in the Colosseum. Remember that, as you
leave the Colosseum building, you can Heat Crash the switch near the gate to
open it up. Also, there is a chest in the northwestern area; open it for
    fifteen Megaphones.

-- Befriend Breloom in the Colosseum by Chasing him.

-- Befriend Aipom by answering his quiz correctly. Garchomp then comes to play.

-- Befriend Garchomp by winning in a battle.

-- Befriend Swoobat in the cavern by calling to it (usually), then winning in a
       Chase.

-- Speak with Beartic to learn Cubchoo is missing; his speech is a hint as to
where. Find Cubchoo to befriend Cubchoo and Beartic.

-- Befriend Boldore (found near a low-level building) by hitting it with
Oshawott's Water Gun and then winning a battle. Throh and Sawk will then
       come to play.

-- Befriend Sawk and Throh in a battle by beating Sawk.

-- Befriend Delibird by bringing him his snowball. I found it near a southern
shack. Bring it to him to befriend him, get two Permasnows, and random
gifts from there on out! Also try getting on the roof of those shacks near
the snowball to find a chest with 300 Berries.

-- Befriend Mandiblaze by handing over 30 Everflames. Afterwards, go to the
shrine and look around for a Vast White Quill.

I think that is it for here. Return to Rockridge Fort.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

Note that the first five on this list are repeats of those listed before when
    we were last here.

-- Befriend Darumaka by winning a chase.

-- Go to the higher level of the area and break some of the Tepig-emblem rocks
to find Primeape. Beat THIS one in a Chase (the other is harder) to
befriend Primeape. Ferroseed then comes to play.

-- To befriend Ferroseed, carry it to the indicated location. Afterwards, fall
off the ledge to find another ledge with a chest; open it for 15 Everflames.

-- You can befriend Scraggy and Croagunk simultaneously by speaking with one of
them, then defeating them both sequentially in-battle.

I believe that is it for the Crag Area overall for the time being. Head to the
    Colosseum.

    ---------------------
    Colosseum - Crag Area
    ---------------------

After you're done with the befriending thing, go to the Wish Park portal, found
in the Colosseum building. Examine it and opt to begin. After your friends
come around, shake the Wii Remote repeatedly to let the bar fill and the portal
open. If the bar doesn't fill, you aren't shaking enough or lack the proper
    amount of friends.

Once you succeed, you'll head to the Wish Park.

    -------------------------------
Wish Park - Crag Area Variation
    -------------------------------

After arriving here, go along the path to meet up with Gothitelle, Haxorus,
and Hydreigon. We soon learn that Haxorus and Hydreigon came into this deal
with Gothitelle's group similarly to Krokodile and Sandile, but moreso to
become stronger than anything. You then have to battle Haxorus in a two-part
    fight.

For the first one, it is simple enough. Just go along the path to him. Try not
to get too beat up on the way; remember, you don't have the fight the Pokémon,
just somehow get by them. Note that you CAN jump over them...

For the second part, you'll be fighting Haxorus himself. All I did was run
around dodging his attacks and, when he wasn't attacking, I went in for some
    dash combos.

After the battle is over, Gothitelle betrays the two others and instead opts to
force Victini to hand his favor over to her "master". Her master then appears:
as any Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 player would expect, it is none other than
    Darkrai!

Darkrai, also like in PMD2, tries to recruit you to his side, hopefully to no
avail. Anyways, after this scene ends, go along the path to find Gothitelle and
her Attraction. You must win here and be able to use the Wish Bell.

This game is Power Bash and it's rather simple. As things move into the center,
you'll swing your Wii Remote to hit them and gain points; you'll gain bonus
points for combos. Sometimes, though, a bomb or bombs will come. Press A to get
rid of them. You'll need 10,000 points or more to win.

Afterwards, Gothitelle simply gives you the Wish Bell... Suspicious as it is,
you have to go along the path to the bell and ring it, which disenchants the
Pokémon. Victini even comes back to meet with you.

But there is one problem... Gothitelle shows up holding Piplup in her hands,
taking him to Darkrai! As could be expected, Pikachu is deeply saddened.
Anyways, return to the portal and go back to the Crag Area.

    ---------------------
    Colosseum - Crag Area
    ---------------------

Once you return to the Crag Area, we'll learn that the Dark Vortex has appeared
in the skies above. (Sounds a lot like Super Paper Mario, no?) Even worse, the
thing is growing larger, ever closer to our worlds... We soon also learn that
the posters that are the Wish Park portals have been all made in a place called
the Scientorium in the Tech Zone.

Emboar says he'll send a messenger to alert Krookodile to open the gate to
there. You then also befriend Victini.

Now, we can't say good-bye without befriending a few new Pokémon, can we?

-- Befriend Hydreigon in a battle. Use the same strategy as before.

-- Befriend Glaceon by running the course she tells you about.

-- Befriend Vanillite by taking him out of the hot spring and to the sign on
       the hill.

-- Befriend Munna by handing over 10 Aroma Candles. Also consider standing next
to Munna until you both fall asleep, then take a photo -- this is useful for
       a later befriending.

-- Befriend Lucario after winning a battle.

That's it for here. There are a few more in Rockridge Fort, though.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

-- Befriend Bonsly by carrying him close to the fort entrance.

-- Befriend Metapod by showing him a photo of Queen Serperior.

-- Befriend Bellossom by handing over 10 Joy Seeds.

-- Befriend Diglett by finding him and speaking with him.

-- Befriend Flareon by running the designed course.

Let's head to the Verdant Court for a few more.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

-- Befriend Woobat by opening the eastern cave and winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Ferrothorn by opening the eastern cave and winning a battle.

-- Dash into the dais at the end of the eastern cave to find Bronzong. Hit him
with Oshawott's Water Gun to befriend.

Now, let's go to Cove Town.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

Back here, we may as well make a few more recruitments...

-- Befriend Pignite by speaking to him with Tepig, then winning the battle
against him. Afterwards, you can upgrade Tepig's moves with him, for a fee.

-- Befriend Musharna by listening to her stories. I also think a Vast White
Quill was nearby on the rooftop; grab it.

That's all for this chapter in our journey. Head to the Tech Area.

When you arrive here, go north to find an elevator. Examine the pole to use it.
After going up, proceed over to the next elevator and use it in a similar
manner. Once you hit the ground, go north to meet with Gurdurr and be forced
    into a simple battle.

After the battle, we'll need to find Conkeldurr. Go north as far as possible,
then east a little bit. Speak with him to also be forced into a battle. After
it, he'll consider the situation, then Gurdurr suddenly arrives, saying the
iron bridge has broken, stopping Pokémon on the mountain from returning.

We're recruited to grab the cement and timber from Timburr in the Cove Area.
Use the Drifblim in the northeastern corner to fly to Seasong Beach.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

Once you arrive, go north to meet with Timburr, then southwest to find
Samurott. There, he'll somehow tell Serperior and Emboar about needing some
timber and cement. Soon, they'll arrive and you'll be somehow taking them back.
Anyways, you can now use Drifblim to return to the Train Depot.

    -----------------------
    Train Depot - Tech Area
    -----------------------

Go west and speak with Conkeldurr to end up fixing the iron bridge, letting the
Pokémon return home. You'll then befriend Conkeldurr and learn that Gurdurr
knows where the warehouse containing the Scientorium is. Go south to find him.
You'll find the Golurk guarding the entrance; he may let you in. You'll also
    have befriended Gurdurr.

After regaining control, go northwest to find a lightning emblem; have Pikachu
hit it with Thunderbolt. Then go to the stairs where you met befriended Gurdurr
and get onto the train tops. Go south until you see a Vast White Quill in the
air. Grab it and continue in the direction to reach the ground.

Here, go north to find the Golurk from earlier. Defeat it in battle to befriend
it and to have it open up the Unawarehouse.

Before entering, though, I will note you can find some chests to the northwest.
The small one has Hardhats; the larger one has 500 Berries. NOW enter the
    Unawarehouse.

    ------------------------
    Unawarehouse - Tech Area
    ------------------------

Once you enter the area, you'll learn from Solosis that the Scientorium is on
the second floor, past the passageway. Convenient.

Or not. Go northeast to the staircase and use it, then head to the right to
find a lever. Dash into it to activate it. Go along the path behind the lever
to find another lever. Activate it as before, then drop to the ground. Return
to the first lever, then use the path to reach a third lever. Activate it,
then use the pathway to go to a door.

Break down this door with Tepig's tackles. Go along this newly-revealed hallway
to meet up with a Klink, Klang, and a Klinklang claiming you've freed them. I
guess that would be okay if we didn't need them to open the door into the
    Scientorium. So, to find them....

Klinklang is on the ground in the center-ish part of the area. Klink is in one
of the northernmost rooms in the hallway area. Klang is on the upper part of
the area somewhere. Speak with each of them to send them back.

Once all three are sent back, head back to the end of the main hallway. Speak
with Duosion and the gear-shaped Pokémon will open up the door for you. You'll
then befriend Klink, Klang, and Klinklang. Use the elevator now to reach the
    Scientorium.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

Once you arrive here, go north to the pink door to meet up with Reuniclus. We
learn that the Wish Bells of the Wish Park are the regulators of time; if they
stop, so does time, and the Dark Vortex also will come about and grow slowly
larger. Reuniclus decides to let you in the Wish Park from here; you'll just
need to grab his Psytron Collider from the Lab.

Go south and east in the hallways to find the Lab. Switch to Snivy before going
    inside.

    ---------------
    Lab - Tech Area
    ---------------

Here, go to the right, up the ramps, then use the leaf-marked elevator by using
Snivy's Leaf Tornado. Go to the left, onto the moving platform, then switch to
Tepig on the other side. Go to the right and onto the block, then Heat Crash
    through it.

Go to the right and use the ramps to go down a few levels and left to some
clocks. Go up and left to find a weight. Pick it up and return to ground level,
then go left to find a pink switch. Set the weight there, then go to the right
and up the ledges. Then go left to find the chest with the Psytron Collider
    inside.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

Once outside, go west and north to meet back up with Reuniclus. We'll learn
that, as usual, we'll need to befriend Pokémon in order to the open the portal.
It seems that small Pokémon, which have big dreams, are the best. But I'll just
go through (hopefully) every one of them.

-- Befriend Solosis by passing his quiz.

-- Befriend Duosion by showing him a picture of a Munna, sleeping.

That's all here for now. Return to the Unawarehouse.

    ------------------------
    Unawarehouse - Tech Area
    ------------------------

-- Befriend Electivire by winning a battle.

-- Befriend Sneasel by winning a battle. Afterwards, Gengar comes to play.

-- Befriend Gengar by winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Garbador by winning a battle. Afterwards, Magmortar comes to play.

-- Befriend Magmortar by winning a battle.

-- Befriend Joltik by finding the lost Joltik somewhere in the area on a
Pokémon, tackling said Pokémon, and speaking to the Joltik. I found my
Joltik on Electivire. After the befriending, Galvantula comes to play.

-- Befriend Galvantula by winning a battle.

-- East of the entrance, behind some boxes, you'll find a fire-marked area. Use
Tepig's Heat Crash there to find a chest with some Berries inside, as well
as Duskull. Defeat him in a battle to befriend him. Afterwards, Dusknoir
       comes to play.

-- Befriend Dusknoir by winning a battle.

I think that is all for here. Go to the Train Depot now.

    -----------------------
    Train Depot - Tech Area
    -----------------------

-- Befriend Golett by handing over a Melody Box.

-- Befriend Zebstrika by winning a game of Chase. Afterwards, Eevee comes to
       play.

-- Befriend Eevee by running along the designed racetrack.

-- Befriend Roggenrola by winning a battle. Afterwards, Gigalith comes to play.

-- Befriend Gigalith by winning a battle.

-- Befriend Voltorb by passing his quiz.

-- Befriend Scizor by winning a game of Chase. Afterwards, Escavalier comes to
       play.

-- Befriend Escavalier by winning a battle.

-- Befriend Accelgor by winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Mawile by handing Mawile a Cool Jewel. You can buy one from Meowth.

-- Go speak with Murkrow and win in the battle, then win in the battle against
Honchkrow to befriend Murkrow and Honchkrow.

-- Befriend Tyranitar in a battle.
Okay, I think we've covered the Tech Area completely. Return to the Scientorium
    now.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

After you're done with the befriending thing, go to the Wish Park portal, found
behind Reuniclus to the north.

    -------------------------------
Wish Park - Tech Area Variation
    -------------------------------

Once here, we quickly note that this is obviously the final of the Wish Park
Zones. Awesome. Go to the northeastern corner to find Sigilyph, the Attraction
Boss here. As usual, we have another game to play.

This game is Flight of Fancy. In it, you'll hold the Wii Remote horizontally,
    as usual. Tilt the left side down to go left; tilt the right down to go right;
twist it towards you to ascend; twist it away from you to descend. Collect gems
to gain points. Go into the blue rings and get gems for a "x5" multiplier on
their values. You can also press "2" to speed up, though there is no bonus.
You need 15,000 points or more to win.

After winning, switch to Pikachu and head over to Sigilyph. Speak with him for
    another two-part battle.

In the first part, you'll have to climb up the tower to him while trying to
keep your HP from emptying. Try to avoid any unneeded fights, but you will have
to fight Seismitoad and Hydreigon on the way. Continue to the top to end this
    part of the battle.

For the second portion of the battle, simply keep at him with the Thunderbolts.

After the battle is over, go along the path, as usual, to reach the Wish Bell.
Run into it to ring it and cure everyone in this zone of their trance. But,
suddenly, the four zones of the Wish Park come together and they make a portal
    to the Wish Palace.

You know where we're going, right?

After the four zones unite and the portal to the Wish Palace appears, head on
over to the portal. As you do, you'll meet up with Gothita, Gothorita, and
Gothitelle. Ignore them and use the portal to reach the palace.

    -----------
    Wish Palace
    -----------

Once inside, go north to find Piplup near a throne. Speak with him to learn he
has quite likely been influenced by Darkrai. You'll have to knock some sense
into him, so battle him. Dodge what attacks he brings about and Thunderbolt him
    when you can.

After the battle, Piplup will flee. Darkrai comes to block you from going after
him. He then does something to Oshawott, Snivy, and Tepig. Speak with each of
them to find that ... they don't remember you whatsoever. Afterwards, Darkrai
    does something to you, too.

You then get sent to an unknown place. You are alone, alone in this dark and
bleak world. As can be expected, you are deeply saddened. As you sit on the
edge of a fountain and begin to weep slowly, Piplup comes and the world
brightens up, seeming to reveal this as Cove Town!

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

Piplup admits his sadness and his shame at having fought you. After the fight,
he went off, wanting to just be alone. Suddenly two Pokémon -- quite likely
Reshiram and Zekrom -- brought him here to you.

Anyways, he suggests finding your friends where you first befriended them,
then leaves on some other business.

We'll start with Oshawott. Go to Seasong Beach. And no, you cannot use Drifblim
    to fly anywhere right now.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

From where you enter this area, go southwest to find the Lighthouse as well as
Oshawott. Defeat him in a battle to restore his memory of you and gain your
    next objective of finding Snivy.

So head to Cove Town, then to Windmill Way (Arbor Area), and then to the
    Verdant Court.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

Go to the hollow tree stump where we first Chased Snivy. It is atop the eastern
hill. Chase her down again and we'll re-befriend Snivy and she'll also rejoin
the party. We'll also get our next objective of finding Tepig.

So head back to Cove Town, then to Rockridge Fort.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

Back here, go along the pathway to the main fort. Switch to Oshawott and
proceed over to the cannon where we first met Tepig, who is nearby. Speak with
him and battle him. Afterwards, he'll regain his memory of you.

The group is back together again!

Now, I highly suggest going back to Cove Town.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

I know it is a bit of a short section here, but I'll mention it anyways.
Consider upgrading your party's HP, move skills, and dashing skills -- each
should have been upgraded at least once. There is no specific Pokémon you
need to really use in the battle ahead, so if you would prefer to put all of
your Berries into maxing one Pokémon (like I did), go right ahead.

Then go to one of the poster-portals to the Wish Park. It won't matter which.
Remember, they are in eastern Seasong Beach (Cove Area), central Windmill Way
(Arbor Area), in the northwestern Colosseum building (Crag Area), and in the
Scientorium. Then continue back into the Wish Palace like before.

    -----------
    Wish Palace
    -----------

Back here, head north to meet up with Darkrai once more, who is surprised you
managed to re-befriend all of your Pals - that your friendship is so strong...
He decides there is but one choice - to force you to quit in a battle. One that
    is actually two-part.

For the first part, simply charge up attacks while waiting for his flaming
tackle to stop, then use your attack on him. After winning this bit, he'll grow
much larger and do a lot of damage to the Wish Palace.

Then there is the second part of the battle. Here, I simply went at him with a
lot of dash combos. Not exactly the most elegant strategy, but it did the job
    quite well.

After the battle, Darkrai asks why you have decided to interfere with his
vision of an ideal world where all Pokémon can gather for eternal fun. Gothita
and Gothorita interrupt and say Wish Park is in danger. Exit the place to see
    why.

    ---------
    Wish Park
    ---------

NOTE TO THE READER -- This is pretty much the ending of the pre-credits
storyline. There isn't really a way to avoid spoiling
this without still properly guiding you through it, so
                          read at your own risk.

Once we arrive outside, we see that the Dark Vortex has grown very much larger
and is about to engulf Wish Park. Suddenly, Reuniclus and Piplup arrive, saying
that this is also occurring in PokéPark. Soon, both worlds will cease to exist.
Reuniclus, however, has a solution -- the Light Polariton, which may stop the
    gravity of the Dark Vortex.

But first, we must ring the four Wish Bells simultaneously, then someone must
go into the Dark Vortex with the Light Polariton. This someone is not very
likely to return - the odds are a trillion to one. Well ... it needs to be
    done.

Go north to the Flight Zone's Wish Bell and, after a brief scene, dash into it
to send everyone ringing the bells, making the Light Polariton light up.
Everyone meets up at the center of Wish Park, except Oshawott. His own Zone is
being sucked in. Everyone goes to save him, but he soon realizes it's pointless
risking his friends, so he lets go. However, Piplup, Snivy, and Tepig soon are
also sucked in ... leaving just you (Pikachu), Reuniclus, and Darkrai.

You slowly make your way over to Reuniclus and the Light Polariton -- someone
needs to take it in there! Darkrai suddenly takes it, realizes his wrongs, and
decides to pay what may be the ultimate price -- he flies himself straight into
the Dark Vortex with the Light Polariton.

Luckily for both worlds, Darkrai succeeds in his efforts. The sky grows bright
and Piplup, Oshawott, Snivy, and Tepig fall to the ground.

After beating the game and reloading our file, we find ourselves in a peaceful
PokéPark. We now basically have the choice to go participate in the Battle
Tournament, which is basically another Attraction game, or to go to Wish Park.

Do what you want, but I'm going to Wish Park.

    ---------
    Wish Park
    ---------

Once you arrive back here, go towards the portal to the Wish Palace. There,
you'll meet Gothita and Gothorita. They say that they'll do things the proper
way with Wish Park this time and avoid trying to trap everyone here. Good.

They also mention that Gothitelle has been sitting around the Wish Palace, all
depressed because Darkrai hasn't returned. Well, he DID jump into the Dark
    Vortex. Oshawott suddenly realizes that he didn't just disappear into nothing;
that's physically impossible. So we are now on a search to find him.

But how? Well, maybe the Area Keepers know something. Let's head to Seaside
    Beach and ask Samurott.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

When you arrive, go speak with Samurott. We don't really get too much out of
him, just that we may need to meet with Zekrom and Reshiram.

Well, let's try Serperior. Go to the Verdant Court.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

When you speak with Serperior, you'll get something much more important. You
will need twenty Vast White Quills to meet Reshiram, and you'll need to set
them before the dais in the Arcane Area.

To find twenty Vast White Quills, please use the list in the Supplemental Data
    section of this FAQ.

As for this Arcane Area, it is basically an extension of the Arbor Area. You'll
need to go to the hilltop east of the lake in the Verdant Court, then cross the
    bridge.

Anyways, you can find the twenty Vast White Quills now or later. There are
other things we still have to do. Such as visiting Emboar -- go to Rockridge
    Fort.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

Once here, go to the northwestern portion of the main area to find Emboar, as
usual. Speak with him to learn about and receive the Deep Black Orb. To find
Zekrom, we need to break this unbreakable sphere and take the item within to
the dais in the Wish Palace.

But how do we break what is unbreakable? Maybe Reuniclus knows something --
    head to the Scientorium.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

Once you arrive here, go north to find Reuniclus. Speak him and you'll learn
that he is able to machine that will break the Deep Black Orb -- however, it
will require an enormous amount of energy, as much as wind, lightning, and the
    land itself have.

Suddenly, Oshawott lets loose with his knowledge of a powerful, wind-causing
Pokémon, but doesn't know who this Pokémon is or where to find it. Perhaps
Samurott will know? Head to Seasong Beach and let's see.

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

Once you arrive back here, go southwest to Samurott and speak with him. You'll
learn that this Pokémon is Tornadus. His power was so great that it had to be
sealed away in a shrine and Tornadus sent into isolation so that he wouldn't
harm anyone -- this is a similar case with his "brothers" Thundurus and
    Landorus.

Anyways, we also learn a chant that should bring Tornadus to us. But where is
    the shrine?

Well, first face the water fountain near the cliffs, then look to the left to
    find a bunch of ledges. Climb up them and continue heading left to the top;
you'll probably have to use Snivy to climb on the way. At the top, head over
to the Tepig rock and have Tepig dash into it to get rid of it.

Now switch to your fastest runner and go along the tunnel path to the shrine.
Examine it to speak the chant and summon Tornadus. He'll agree to go to the
Scientorium as requested ... so long as you beat him in a game of Chase.

I had no real problem with this game of Chase, really, though I was using Snivy
will a fully-upgraded dash. >_> Anyways, basically don't stay directly behind
Tornadus and use the Shake Sprint when you pass an attack tornado to quickly
    catch up.

Afterwards, you'll befriend Tornadus and send him on his way to the Scientorium
in the Tech Area. Before he leaves, however, we gain information on Thundurus
and where his shrine is -- the Colosseum. Head there now.

    ---------------------
    Colosseum - Crag Area
    ---------------------

First, here, you MUST befriend Mandibuzz. To do so, simply hand over 30
Everflames; you can often find them in the small chests around the Rockridge
Fort, and there is one big chest in that area containing 15 of them!

After befriending Mandibuzz, speak with her and opt to fly to the shrine.
There, switch to your fastest runner, then examine the shrine to say the chant
as before and summon Thundurus. As with Tornadus, he'll only help you after you
beat him in a game of Chase.

I'd suggest the same strategy as with Tornadus. While chasing him down, don't
stay directly behind Thundurus, as you may get hit with electrical spheres of
energy. Shake Sprint after passing by an attack to gain on him until you, most
likely, run into his tail by accident and win!

Afterwards, you'll befriend Thundurus and he'll head to the Scientorium. He'll
also tell you about Landorus and his shrine in the Arcane Area. Begin by going
to the Verdant Court, as we haven't officially visited the Arcane Area yet.

    --------------------------
    Verdant Court - Arbor Area
    --------------------------

Once you arrive in the area, head up the big hill on the east side of the area.
Continue along the dirt path and past the hollow tree stump to find Timburr,
who tells you that he has repaired the bridge to the Arcane Area.

After the scene, go along the path to the Arcane Area. Simple enough, no? It
is also worth noting the Vast White Quill over the bridge; figure I may as
well mention any DO come across.

    -----------------------
    Lakeshore - Arcane Area
    -----------------------

    First, some befriending...

-- Befriend Mareep by falling asleep near it. (You need to do nothing for a
while.) Eventually, Mareep will come close and fall asleep. You'll befriend
       Mareep following the scene.

-- Befriend Hoppip by handing over one Megaphone. Swadloon then comes to play.

-- Befriend Swadloon by handing over 50 Sweetleaves and 2 Snazzy Ribbons.

-- Befriend Jolteon by running a designated course.

-- Befriend Lotad in a game of Chase. Afterwards, Squirtle comes to play.

-- Befriend Squirtle by tossing him in the water, then going there and speaking
       with him.

-- Befriend Sawsbuck by winning a game of Chase. Bouffalant then comes to play.

-- Befriend Bouffalant in a game of Chase. You will need to tackle from behind.

-- Befriend Krabby by showing him a picture of Crustle, found in the Wish Park.

-- Befriend Mudkip by winning a game of Chase. Then Slowpoke comes to play.

-- Befriend Slowpoke in a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Azurill by answering a quiz. Budew then comes to play.

-- Befriend Budew with another quiz.

-- Befriend Swanna in a game of Chase.

-- To befriend Scrafty, first buy a Colored Ball from Meowth for 100 Berries.
Head over to the goal in the southwestern corner. Don't speak with any
Pokémon on the way, lest you drop the ball, so to speak. (The Pokémon will
love to kick it away, often into the water and thereby getting rid of it.)
Once at the southwestern goal, toss the Colored Ball into it. This will
anger Scrafty. Beat him in battle to befriend him, and Charizard will come
       to play.

-- To befriend Charizard, beat him in a battle.

Our destination is the island in the center of the lake. You'll have to get
there with Oshawott. Once you arrive, switch to either Oshawott or Snivy --
whoever is more powerful and agile -- then examine the shrine to have Snivy
    humourously say the chant.

As would be expected, Landorus comes about. (First time I've ever seen him.
Seems strange that he is on a cloud and flies.) Anyways, you'll have to beat
him in a battle to gain his help. Do so.

Now that we've recruited and befriended Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus, we
should now return to the Scientorium.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

Once you arrive here, go north to meet up with Reuniclus. He tells us that
the energy of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus is more than enough to activate
the machine and break the Deep Black Orb. So we proceed to do so (by powering
up a microwave, it seems :P) and receive the Bolt Spike. We'll also befriend
    Reuniclus.

Let's head to Wish Park's Wish Palace now to meet up with Zekrom. Be sure to
be fully upgraded on one Pokémon before going; this battle will be tough.

    -----------
    Wish Palace
    -----------

Here, head to the northern portion of the area and upstairs, then go towards
the dais in the northernmost portion of the area. While facing it, grab the
Vast White Quill behind you, THEN examine the dais with your best Pokémon to
opt to go to meet Zekrom.

There, Zekrom will tell you that, as a result of what he has done, it is only
fate that Darkrai should remain imprisoned in the Dark Vortex. However, this
can be remedied with the help of Reshiram and Zekrom. However, you'll need to
    beat them in battle.

With Zekrom, it will honestly be a tough battle. I used Pikachu as my maxed-out
character and would run around the area trying to dodge attacks, while going in
for the occasional Iron Tail or dash combo. Eventually, my HP got so low I used
a friend to finish it. They'll be invaluable here.

After the battle, you'll befriend Zekrom ... but, again, we aren't done. We
need Reshiram's help, too. So head to the Arcane Area.

    -----------------------
    Lakeshore - Arcane Area
    -----------------------

To meet Reshiram, you will need twenty or more Vast White Quills. You can find
these in locations throughout PokéPark and there are also a few in Wish Park.
I do now have a list of many of the locations, find in the Supplemental Data
section of this FAQ. It actually isn't too far below here.

Once you have enough Vast White Quills, go to the Lakeshore of the Arcane Area.
There, head to the northwestern ledges and climb up the ledges with Snivy. Get
the Vast White Quill at the top if you haven't done so, then continue along to
find a chest with 1,000 Berries inside. Switch to Oshawott, assuming you plan
to win based on type advantages, and examine Reshiram's dais and opt to meet
    him.

You'll have another brutal battle, this time versus Reshiram. Using Oshawott
is a great help here, especially with a Water Gun attack, though I honestly got
most of my damage in through dash combos. I would dodge as many attacks as I
could, trying to delay the moment when I'd use a friend. I did well enough to
finish off Reshiram with that friend.

After the battle, Reshiram says that he and Zekrom will bring Darkrai back, as
promised, to the Wish Palace. They fly up to the sky and the credits roll once
    more.

    ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEATEN THE POST-CREDITS STORYLINE OF
                             POKEPARK 2: WONDERS BEYOND!!
    ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~

After the credits roll again, save and you'll be in the Wish Palace. There,
Gothita, Gothorita, and Gothitelle are surprised that Darkrai is back. Darkrai
thanks you for saving him and apologizes for his wrongdoings. Your group
forgives him and even befriends him.

That, I believe, finishes the storyline entirely. Note you can also befriend
Gothita, Gothorita, and Gothitelle each individually in a battle. Just worth
noting, as is the fact that the Attraction Bosses and their cronies can be
    befriended in a similar manner.

As for Kecleon, you'll have to go to the Cove Town town square, ascend to the
roofs of the southeastern buildings with Snivy, then examine the red jagged
stripe back there to find and befriend Kecleon.

    Thanks for reading.

The below is a list of at least many of the Vast White Quill locations. This
list contains 38 locations, more than sufficient enough for finishing the
    post-credits storyline of the game.

Also note that are supposedly 2 others. If you feel like submitting one, go
right ahead. It would make it easier on everyone else. :) My contact info is

Note that this section is now complete, as of April 21, 2012. If you still
have anything to submit to here, as I may have been erroneous on some parts,
fell free to tell me. My contact info is near the top of the document.

Furthermore, these are organized by area, then by time I noted the earliest
possible befriending. We'll go from the Cove Area, to the Arbor Area, to the
Crag Area, to the Tech Area, to the Arcane Area, to Wish Park and Wish Palace,
as far as locations are concerned.

    So, without further ado...

    -------------------------
    Seasong Beach - Cove Area
    -------------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Timburr
    -- Piplup
    -- Oshawott
    -- Alomomola
    -- Drifblim
    -- Tornadus

Those before finishing the Cove Area:

-- To befriend Drilbur, beat him in a battle. I'd prefer using Pikachu with
Iron Tail or Oshawott with Water Gun.

Those after finishing the Cove Area:

-- Befriend Samurott in a battle.

    ---------------------
    Cove Town - Cove Area
    ---------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Krokodile
    -- Sandile
    -- Pansear
    -- Pansage
    -- Panpour
    -- Krookodile

Others before finishing the Cove Area:

-- You know that building in the northeastern area? Practice climbing boxes
there to find some Shades in a box. Then repeat this action with the boxes
in the northeastern back alley and get to the roof. There, open up the blue
?-marked box to find a Rotor Motor. Hit the ground nearby and speak with
Misdreavus. Hand them to her to befriend her.

-- To befriend Dewott, speak with him as Oshawott and win in a battle (stick to
Razor Shell). You'll then befriend him. Also be sure to consider upgrading
Oshawott's move here; each move can be upgraded the first time for 100
       Berries.

-- To befriend Blitzle, first speak with him to learn the Shake Sprint. This is
a burst of speed you can put on during a game of Chase by shaking the Wii
Remote. Be sure to use it often, and also use it in the game of Chase here
to befriend Blitzle. Additionally, for a fee, you can upgrade your
characters' dashing speeds - 200 Berries for the first time.

Others after finishing the Arbor Area's Wish Park:

Others after finishing the Crag Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Pignite by speaking to him with Tepig, then winning the battle
against him. Afterwards, you can upgrade Tepig's moves with him, for a fee.

-- Befriend Musharna by listening to her stories. I also think a Vast White
Quill was nearby on the rooftop; grab it.

After defeating Darkrai and ending the post-credits storyline:

-- Go to the southeastern buildings in the town square near the fountain and
ascend the crates to the roofs with Snivy. Back there, find a red stripe.
Examine it to find and befriend Kecleon.

    -------------------------
    Windmill Way - Arbor Area
    -------------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Zorua (in Wish Park)
    -- Zoroark (in Wish Park)

Others before finishing the Arbor Area:

-- Befriend Magikarp by tossing him into the river nearby. Kakuna them comes to
       play.

-- Take a photo of Seismitoad in the Verdant Court and show it to a Tympole to
       befriend them.

Others after finishing the Arbor Area's Wish Park:

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Snivy

Others before finishing the Arbor Area:

-- Befriend Lilligant by battling. It is preferable to use Pikachu with Iron
       Tail.

-- Befriend Leavanny by battling. Again, use Pikachu with Iron Tail.

-- Battle Seismitoad and defeat him to befriend him. Stunfisk will then come to
       play.

-- Befriend Stunfisk by winning a game of Hide-and-Seek. Remember, his speech
is a hint as to where to look.

Continue up
       to the top and speak with Dugtrio. Then go over to Excadrill further ahead;
be sure to switch to Oshawott before speaking with and battling Excadrill.

-- Befriend Deerling in a game of Chase.

Others after finishing the Arbor Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Vaporeon by running a course.

-- Befriend Shroomish by answering a quiz.

-- Befriend Skiploom by handing over three Dewdrops.

-- Befriend Serperior in a battle, in which you need to push two Leavanny and
two Lilligant off of a platform.

-- Befriend Psyduck by showing him a picture of Emolga, found on Seasong Beach.

    Others after obtaining Tepig:

-- Befriend Woobat by opening the eastern cave and winning a game of Chase.

-- Befriend Ferrothorn by opening the eastern cave and winning a battle.

-- Dash into the dais at the end of the eastern cave to find Bronzong. Hit him
with Oshawott's Water Gun to befriend.

Others after the Arcane Area is made available:

-- Befriend Scolipede with a battle.

-- Befriend Burmy by speaking to him. He is on the tree past the bridge to the
       Arcane Area.

    --------------------------
    Rockridge Fort - Crag Area
    --------------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Tepig

Others before finishing the Crag Area:

-- Past the entrance into the town, if you veer right a little, you'll see a
stacking of two rocks. Hit it with Water Gun to find Dwebble. Befriend him
by winning a battle. Crustle will then come to play.

-- Befriend Crustle by removing all of the Tepig-emblem rocks on the upper
level of the area by hitting them with Tepig's tackle.

Others after finishing the Crag Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Bonsly by carrying him close to the fort entrance.

-- Befriend Metapod by showing him a photo of Queen Serperior.

-- Befriend Bellossom by handing over 10 Joy Seeds.

Others after finishing the Crag Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Hydreigon in a battle. Use the same strategy as before.

-- Befriend Glaceon by running the course she tells you about.

-- Befriend Vanillite by taking him out of the hot spring and to the sign on
       the hill.

-- Befriend Munna by handing over 10 Aroma Candles. Also consider standing next
to Munna until you both fall asleep, then take a photo -- this is useful for
       a later befriending.

-- Befriend Lucario after winning a battle.

Others after finishing the Tech Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Lopunny by showing her a picture of Buneary, found in the Arbor
       Area's Windmill Way.

-- Befriend Wynaut by winning Hide-and-Seek. Remember, his speech is a clue as
       to where to look.

-- Befriend Kirlia by opening all of the large chests in the game, then
       speaking with her.

-- To befriend Abra, first buy a Phonograph from Meowth. Pick it up and move
somewhat close to Abra on the train tops. Before getting very close, drop
and pick-up the Phonograph until it plays a lullaby. Once it does, move
closer to Abra and speak with him.

Others after finishing the Tech Area's Wish Park:

-- Befriend Sableye by winning a game of Hide-and-Seek. Remember, his speech is
a clue as to where to look.

-- Befriend Stunky by answering a quiz.

-- Befriend Umbreon by running a designated course.

    -----------------------
    Scientorium - Tech Area
    -----------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Reuniclus

Others before finishing the Tech Area:

-- Befriend Solosis by passing his quiz.

-- Befriend Duosion by showing him a picture of a Munna, sleeping.

    -----------------------
    Lakeshore - Arcane Area
    -----------------------

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Landorus
    -- Reshiram

    Others:

    ---------------------
    Wish Park/Wish Palace
    ---------------------

This is after saving Darkrai and seeing the credits for the second time.

    Befriended as a story event:
    -- Zekrom
    -- Darkrai

    Others:

-- Befriend Gothita in a battle.

-- Befriend Gothorita in a battle.

-- Befriend Gothitelle in a battle.

-- Befriend Cofagrigus and Yamask by winning the two-part battle again.

-- Befriend Haxorus by winning the two-part battle again.

-- Befriend Chandelure, Litwick, and Lampent by winning the two-part battle
       again.

                                   Kecleon's Awards **WONDERS_53**
    =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=

After defeating Darkrai and ending the game's post-credits storyline, you will
be able to meet up with Kecleon. Kecleon is found behind the southeastern
buildings in the Cove Town town square. Ascend the boxes with Snivy to get back
    there.

Aside from a Vast White Quill and a treasure chest (with some Gleaming Coins),
you'll hopefully notice the out-of-place jagged red stripe. This marks the
location of Kecleon, who is camouflaged. Speak with him to find and befriend
    him.

You'll then be given access to various records of yours, as Kecleon apparently
stalks you or something. You can also find what awards of his you've won; you
don't really get anything but recognition for them or the records.

Anyways, the awards and how to get them:

-- "Friends with Everyone": Befriend all Pokémon. See the previous sub-section
for details on your 194 befriendings.

-- "Quillseekers": Find all forty Vast White Quills. See the first
supplementary sub-section for what is I believe all forty of
                       them.

-- "Max Power": Max out all stats for Pikachu, Oshawott, Snivy, and Tepig. This
requires three HP upgrades each, three moves upgrades per the
three moves each, and two dashing speed upgrades each. If my
math and memory are correct, this requires 7,350 Berries per
                    character, or 29,400 Berries altogether.

-- "Collectors": Collect one of each basic Collection item. Simply do a lot of
trades and look around for the chests a lot. Sometimes, the
chests in the Lighthouse, Stump, Cave, or Lab will have the
ones you lack. Befriending Pokémon also help; I remember
getting my first Hero Scarves from Sewaddle of the Arcane
                     Area, for example.

-- "Epic Explorers": Explore the Lighthouse, Stump, Cave, and Lab a lot. I
received this after re-doing each of them to receive the
new chest and harder puzzle. Whether I just got lucky by
number of times completed or something, I don't know.

-- "Berry Rich": Get 50,000 or more Berries. It is best to do a lot of item
giving to Pokémon, and to repeatedly do the befriending event
                     with them.

-- "Camera Czars": Take 100 or more Photos. Simply sit there and press the "-"
button, opt to save the Photo, and repeat until you run out
of memory on the system (72 Photos). Delete and repeat for
                       the rest of them.

-- "Landscrapers": Scatter 100 or more plants. These plants are ones you end up
"destroying" with your moves. For example, the flower and
grass bundles in the Arbor Area.

-- "Mighty Smashers": Hit Pokémon 500 or more times with your dashing tackle.
Just find one and ram into it for a while.

-- "Wrecking Crew": Destroy 100 or more objects. I don't really know what will
constitute an object though, I guess if you really want to,
you can raise about 10,000 Berries for 100 of those vases
or pots or whatever they are from Meowth.

-- "Sure Shots": Hit Pokémon 100 or more times with objects. I guess you can
find something that won't break as easily (Cool Jewels, etc.)
and toss it at someone repeatedly.

-- "Ace Strikers": Score 100 or more goals. Find a goal and a Colored Ball,
then pick it up and toss it back into the goal a hundred
times. This will get REALLY tedious, as Pokémon really seem
to enjoy stealing the ball. -_-; I think the one in the
Verdant Court, near the entrance to the Arcane Area, should
                       be the least crowded.

-- "Attraction Elite": Score first place in the four Attractions at Wish Park.
                           It's all just practice.

-- "Battle Experts": Win all battles, including the Battle Tournament. So, in
essence, you'll have to befriend every Pokémon, win the
game, and finish the Battle Tournament.

-- "Chase Champions": Beat every Pokémon that plays Chase. So, in essence, you
will have to befriend every Pokémon, unless you want to
                          do Chases specifically.

-- "Battle Tournament Champs": Win the Battle Tournament after finishing the
game. It's mostly strategy, but it is hard, too.

-- "Friendly Folk": Greet Pokémon 100 or more times. This seems to mean going
in front of Pokémon and, when a speech bubble pops up,
                        that is a greeting.

-- "Portal Pros (Cove)": Get 50,000 or more points when opening the Wish Park
portal on Seaside Beach. It will be helpful to
befriend all Pokémon in the Cove Area beforehand.

-- "Portal Pros (Arbor)": Get 50,000 or more points when opening the Wish Park
portal in Windmill Way. It will be helpful to
befriend all Pokémon in the Arbor Area beforehand.

-- "Portal Pros (Crag)": Get 50,000 or more points when opening the Wish Park
portal in the Colosseum buidling. It will be helpful
to befriend all Pokémon in the Crag Area beforehand.

-- "Portal Pros (Tech)": Get 50,000 or more points when opening the Wish Park
portal in the Scientorium. It will be helpful to
befriend all Pokémon in the Tech Area beforehand.
