Unlockable Characters

You can win medals to unlock characters for Survival Mode. The character's stats do not carry over to Story Mode.

Evil Skin (Konami Code)

To unlock the Evil Shank skin, enter the Konami Code on the Survival Mode Character Selection screen using the  Analog Stick or D-Pad: UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT.

Play as Evil in Survival mode

Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty. Then at the character selection screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock Evil in Survival mode.

Bonus characters

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character:

Boogie: Purchase everything in Survival mode.
Bubbles: Survive 15 consecutive waves.
Cesar: Kill someone with a kitchen sink.
Chop Chop: Perform 60 pistol counter kills.
Classic Shank: Kill a goon by throwing a bomber.
Defender: Perform 100 turret kills.
Falcone: Successfully complete Campaign mode on the Hard difficulty.
Hobo: Defeat all waves in a Survival map.
Horror: Reach the zombie wave in each Survival map.
